## Narrative

On 12/16/17 employee operating jackleg machine after drilling a hole ee released leg pressure & as machine was coming out of hole it started to spin catching left little finger between throttle & muffler of machine. Seen at the ER, X-rays were negative. On 12/26/2017 was seen again by physician diagnosed with mallet finger, restrictions were issued.
