Employee was working at the preparation plant removing a return roller to install a new one, as they were reaching out to install the roller they felt pain in the upper arm which resulted from a torn bicep requiring surgery. EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE THE DATE OF THE INJURY AND DID NOT GO OFF WORK UNTIL 12/21/17.
