## Narrative

While performing work on the Pug mill conveyor and tail pulley, an employee was utilizing an air lance to remove material build up.  Ice dislodged from the wand causing the employee to lose control of the wand.  At some point the employee injured the left wrist which resulted in multiple fractures.
