Narrative

The employee was walking when EE tripped and fell. EE claimed to have felt discomfort in shoulder from the accident. The employee did not begin to lose time until 12/29/17. The following were not a factor: Rules, Regs, Skills, Proficiency, Training, Equipment, Protective Devices and Clothing. Attitude may have been a factor.
