## Narrative

On 12/20/17 an employee out on overtime was carrying a hydraulic hoses while walking on TBM catwalk, when they slipped & fell contacting the left knee on the grating. On 12/27/17 the company was informed the employee was seen by a physician & it was determined they had a hairline fracture to the left tibia where it connects to knee, restrictions were issued.
