## Narrative

Haul truck and dozer operator lost sight of each other and made slight contact (no damaged to equipment reported.) ERT members conducted precautionary exam on operators, and dozer operator's vitals were elevated. Employee was sent to the ER and diagnosed with cervical strain, taken off work one shift, then started long days off.
