Narrative

Maintenance Mechanic was attempting to loosen a 1"" water pipe union. The employee was pushing on a pipe wrench with left arm when employee felt a pain in shoulder. The employee did not wish seek medical attention at that time. On January 4, 2018, the employee was seen by a doctor, and was placed on restricted duty.
