## Narrative

Employee was walking past the loop line between the monorail and stageloader when the wash down hose that was lying on top of the loop line fell to the ground and landed on the handle of the ball valve, thus pressurizing the water hose which flipped around and hit the EE in the chin. Required 4 stitches.
