Purchased CEC Screen 12/24/17. Needed to test to make sure it worked before option to return it expired. Started it and it was missing a tool, went to shop to get it and a friend noticed machine on and heard a noise. Climbed on to find noise and slipped. Caught arm between the roller and belt. Friends son shut it off before pulled too far. Son call 911, couldn't get arm out.
