Narrative

The Injured Worker(IW)was kneeling on the ground next to a I-beam(A) that measured 15'(long) by 15""(height) and had a 6"" flange. IW was welding plate onto the I-beam(A). Two workers were moving a like sized I-beam(B) next to I-beam A. I-beam B struck I-beam A causing I-beam A to fall onto IW. The impact caused a fracture to the left fibula.
