## Narrative

Employee was walking on the surface of an underground mine to gather materials for EE's shift.  As EE was walking, EE slipped on uneven surface that was slick from snow causing EE to fall to the ground.  As EE fell EE caused a fracture to EE's left leg/ankle.  EE began missing time on 01-16-18.
