1-10-18 employee reported while connecting two 4 inch lines together they felt a pop on the right side of the abdomen. Seen by site medic, referred to ER & diagnosed with a hernia that appeared to be related to a recent Personal off work medical procedure. 1-22-18 seen by a surgeon & was determined the hernia was not related to previous procedure making it reportable.
