HELPING CHANGE THE HOIST ROPE ON THE 7450 DRAGLINE. WAS REMOVING THE WEDGE FROM THE HOIST CABLE SOCKET USING A RUBBER SLEDGE HAMMER WHEN EMPLOYEE INJURED ARM WHILE SWINGING.
