## Narrative

Employee was walking around a 2 yard loader when employee slipped and fell to the ground. In an attempt to catch self employee had both arms extended out to brace self for the fall. Seen by site medic, referred to ER, x-rays were positive for a fracture in the right humerus, restrictions were issued.
