## Narrative

While mining 4-5 crosscut at 97 block St Leo the return side bolter operator, on an ABM14, had hand on top of rib door while attempting to extend the slider ventilation tube with right hand when a rock fell from behind the tube and struck the posterior portion of wrist and metacarpal area of gloved left hand, resulting in a contusion.
