Narrative

Employee was getting ready to drill a roof bolt hole in the mine roof. A piece of rock measuring approximately 1'L x 1'W x 3""T fell from the mine roof when the drill steel touched the mine roof. This resulted in a laceration to EE's right forearm and took 4 staples to close the wound.
