## Narrative

Employee was standing on a work platform approx. 18"" high building a block wall. The platform legs buckled on one end causing platform to tilt and employee fell to the mine floor. While trying to keep balance ee twisted right knee. Employee has been diagnosed with a torn meniscus. Employee didn't violate any regulations was wearing appropriate PPE and has proper training.
