Narrative

Injured was installing side boards on #10 Shuttle Car in the St Leo working section. EE was in the bed of the shuttle car and when attempting to dismount the shuttle car (to go and get parts) EE twisted left knee when stepping down from the bed of the shuttle car down to the mine floor, resulting in a strain/sprain.
