## Narrative

EE was supervising personnel drilling holes at an angle above the LW pillar for Jennchem glue insertion to help stabilize the strata in advance of the LW face.  EE was struck and covered by rock that fell between the permanent roof supports and broke through the wire mesh.  This employee received a broken ankle, pelvis and ribs and remains off work.
