Narrative

Welder was in the process of cutting a strip of metal into 4"" pieces using a metal shear. While shearing the piece of metal a tip-up occurred allowing a finger to be pinched between the piece and table that resulted in lacerations to finger. Brought to ER. Stitches received and x-ray showed a fracture.
