Employee was trying to adjust rail ties in the 8 South mains track entry when rail shifted pinching left ring and middle fingers resulting in lacerations. The lacerations were treated with dermabond. Cause of injury was awareness Compliance with rules/regs,PPE,mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
