Narrative

A piece of draw rock became dislodged from the mine roof and fell approx. 3' before striking injured in the head and then in the left arm and hand. When the draw rock struck injured in the left hand palm side thumb area EE received a laceration. Inj was transported to Clinch Valley Medical center where EE received 10 sutures.
