## Narrative

Injured employee was removing a 2"" pipe plug from a line. The wrench slipped, and the employee fell backwards. EE threw EE's hand out, striking the backside of EE's left ring finger on the corner of an piece of angle iron. I.E. was seen by physician, treated for a broken finger and placed on restricted duty.
