Narrative

While lancing lower hoist pin with lancing equipment, slag dripped onto steel toe shoe landing on cloth tongue burning through and top of foot. 1/25 original incident date-no recordable medical attention, 2/6 follow up request - prescribed ointment provided for 7-10 days. (Recordable prescribed ointment)
