## Narrative

IE and another employee were installing a 24"" ventilation tube regulator in 2-Left Face. IE's right thumb was sucked between the regulator and another tube when the regulator accidently fell shut. This shifted the ventilating pressure to a 1"" gap between tubes. The IE's right thumb was smashed between tubes.
