## Narrative

Employee was unloading belt roller from supply car to front end loader in the Benwood supply yard when employee felt pain in right elbow.  The employee did not miss work until 2-6-2018. Cause of injury was overexertion. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
