Narrative

Injured employee was using a track wrench tightening track bolts when EE felt pain in lower back. Employee continued to work until 02/13/2018 when EE began missing due to this incident. Employee didn't violate any rules or regulations, has proper training and was wearing required PPE. No mining equipment was involved.
