## Narrative

Employee was using a breaker bar to remove a bolt on the wheel assembly on a Komatsu WA 800 when EE felt a pop in lower groin. EE was diagnosed with a hernia.  EE remained on regular duty and this did not become an MSHA reportable injury until EE had surgery on 02/16/2018.
