Narrative

Employee was in the process of installing new skirt boards in the R-4 tailpiece, after unhooking the chain that was used to place the new skirt boards on the belt, employee was walking on the belt back toward the tailpiece and slipped and fell backwards. They attempted to catch themselves, causing a small ""chip"" fracture in their wrist.
