## Narrative

Injured employee climbed on top of EE's parked shuttle car so EE could reach the mine roof to re-hang a communication antenna that had fell down. As EE was hanging the antenna EE slipped and fell landing on the side board of the shuttle car. Employee suffered a contusion to EE's groin area. Employee has proper training and was wearing required PPE.
