Narrative

An employee proceeded remove a hose that needed to be changed. The hose was still under accumulated pressure and was not bled out. As soon as the bolts were loosened, the high pressured oil sprayed on the employee who was working on removing the hose resulting in abrasions on the face. On 2/11/2018, the employee was prescribed antibiotics to aid with healing.
