Narrative

Injured was retrieving a cap board near the section power car in St Leo when rock and coal fell out of the roof. The injured turned and ran, but a piece of rock/coal struck EE's left knee resulting in a sprain/strain injury from the impact of the falling rock combined with twisting at the knee to run. Employee did not start missing work until 2/21/18.
