Narrative

Employee was climbing up onto D9T dozer, foot slipped off of track grouser and caused scrape and deep bruising. The employee reported the incident on 2/19/2018. The employee sought medical attention on their own over the weekend. On Monday, employee was still in pain and was taken to the ER, where they were diagnosed with a bacterial infection.
