Narrative

Employee parked D10 dozer & was dismounting when a gust of wind pushed the door & employee onto the track crawler & down to tilt jack. Cause of injury no 3 point contact while climbing down. Incident didn't involve any aspect of compliance with rules/regulations/PPE. Miner proficiency may have been a factor. Started missing work 2/27/18. Work was idle from 2/21/18 till 2/27/18.
