## Narrative

Despite having plowed and applied scoria in the morning, a mechanic slipped while doing a pre-shift inspection on a tele-handler forklift and fell.  Initially EE said was fine but on 2/22 EE said that EE wanted to see a doctor because shoulder was hurting.
