## Narrative

Sprained twisted ankle original diagnosis was bad sprain or mash by heavy object. No broken bones or skin swelling only. Clear early morning clearing rock and debris from crusher while shut down. Moved one rock and had foot injured by falling rock or impact bar not sure, failure to pay attention while moving debris contributed to debris on foot and a sprained or bruised foot.
