## Narrative

IE was working on dragline bucket rigging equipment in the shop. IE took a step backwards without looking and stepped onto a lower spot on the floor. IE felt a pop in the left knee. IE worked without restrictions and was referred to an orthopedic specialist who ordered an MRI. The results of which indicated a torn medial meniscus which was repaired on 03/02/2018.
