## Narrative

EE was working on a rock duster machine. The auger had become locked up. EE attempted to free the auger with a screwdriver but the screwdriver kept slipping. The EE thinking the machine was off tried to turn the motor by hand. The motor started and pulled EE left middle finger between the belt and motor pulley. The EE has returned on modified duty.
