Narrative

The employee claims to have been shoveling 3/8 rock into a wheel barrow while cleaning up the plant. Upon lifting the wheel barrow full of 3/8 rock, the employee felt ""tearing and pain"" in the abdomen. The employee was later diagnosed with two hernias.
