## Narrative

Employee was operating dump cat in the West pit. While traveling across the dump, employee leaned forward to reach for fallen object and left arm hit the park brake button causing the equipment to come to a sudden stop. The quick stop caused the employee to lunge forward striking head on the dashboard of the cat causing a laceration approximately one inch long.
