Narrative

Employee was in the process of changing the hydraulic pump on a shuttle car in the shop. While pulling hydraulic hoses to be able to access the pump, EE felt a strain in EE's right shoulder down to EE's elbow. EE continues to work and started physical therapy on 3/7/2018.
