An employee was standing next to a load of 3 26'x 24""x6"" I-Beams while a forklift was trying to reposition them away from the stack., one beam started to fall and the employee reached out to stop it, pinching finger between the beams. The injury caused a fracture and laceration to the tip of left middle finger.
