## Narrative

Injured was assisting in moving longwall recovery items around in 1E Headgate with a 636-1013 duckbill scoop. The scoop set a headgate bed plate on the ground and put the duckbill down. Injured took winch hook off bed plate and while walking away it shifted 3-4"" and struck injured in the back of the right calf, resulting in a fracture to fibula.
