Narrative

Inj was in the process of adjusting forks on the Mini Trac. Inj had right hand at the bottom end of the forks and left hand on the bottom back where the forks curve. While adjusting the forks right hand slipped off the forks and pinched left index finger resulting in fracture to the tip.
