## Narrative

Employee after hanging winch was descending off belt at drive area attempting to stand on belt press, caught wrist on a roller hanger claiming to felt a ""pop"" in left lower leg when ee landed on the press. Cause of this injury was paying attention to the task at hand.  Compliance with rule/regs, PPE, mining equip. not a factor.  Miner proficiency/attitude may be a factor.
