Narrative

EE was working on a roof bolter. At the time ee was injured, ee was putting a tram chain back together. EE stated that ee was pulling the chain up, when left forearm brushed against the suction nipple that was worn and had a sharp edge on it. This caused a laceration on the lower left forearm that needed 3 stitches to close the wound. EE returned to work on the next shift.
