## Narrative

Employee was helping set timbers in an area where a rib had rolled out. After cleaning up the area and loose rib material removed. The timbers where set and secured as required by the roof control plan. The rib rolled out again breaking one of the timbers and causing the timber to hit the employee in the upper back and shoulder area.
