Narrative

Employee was carrying crib blocks when ee felt a pull in stomach. Employee did not use good lifting/carrying techniques and over-exerted self. No mining equipment was involved and employee has proper training. Received information on 4/2/18 that employee has been diagnosed with a hernia. Employee has not missed any work due to this accident at this time.
