Employee stated was in the process of hanging fly pads between #4 and #5 Entry 1 bk outby last open line. EE stated went to tear down fly pads outby in #5 Entry, when EE turned to take a step after tearing the fly pad down, EE said EE stepped in a hole and turned ankle. EE stated that it was wet and muddy in this Entry. Employee was transported to RGH by ambulance.
