## Narrative

EE was fueling  haul truck and the nozzle slipped out of hand.  EE jumped back to avoid getting splashed, hit the safety chain for the diesel containment, and fell over the chain and into the containment.  EE hit leg on something causing a bruise on right leg.  The doctor kept ee out of work for two days to be cautious, causing the accident to be reportable.
